Mango Spice Parfait

  • 1 6-ounce carton plain Greek yogurt (or any plain yogurt of choice)
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cardamom
  • ½ - ¾ cup diced mango or pineapple
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened coconut flakes


  • In a small bowl, whisk together the yogurt, honey, cinnamon, and cardamom. Spoon half of the spiced yogurt into a jar or serving glass. Add half of the mango, then half of the coconut flakes. Repeat the layers again and serve.
