Instructions
Steam the broccoli florets in a steamer basket over medium heat until tender. Meanwhile, whisk together the remaining ingredients in a small bowl.
Remove the broccoli from heat. Set aside to cool for 5 minutes before serving. Serve warm with the dipping sauce.
