Broccoli Trees with Tahini Dipping Sauce
Ingredients
- 2 heads broccoli, cut into florets
- ¾ cup tahini, sesame seed paste
- 1½ tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon gluten-free soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon minced fresh ginger
- ½ cup warm water
Instructions
- Steam the broccoli florets in a steamer basket over medium heat until tender. Meanwhile, whisk together the remaining ingredients in a small bowl.
- Remove the broccoli from heat. Set aside to cool for 5 minutes before serving. Serve warm with the dipping sauce.
