Broccoli Trees with Tahini Dipping Sauce

Ingredients 

  • 2 heads broccoli, cut into florets
  • ¾ cup tahini, sesame seed paste
  • tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon gluten-free soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon minced fresh ginger
  • ½ cup warm water

Instructions 

  • Steam the broccoli florets in a steamer basket over medium heat until tender. Meanwhile, whisk together the remaining ingredients in a small bowl.
  • Remove the broccoli from heat. Set aside to cool for 5 minutes before serving. Serve warm with the dipping sauce.
