Instructions
Toast the nuts and seeds in a dry skillet for 3 minutes.
Set aside.
In a large bowl, combine the salt, cinnamon, cumin, coriander, cayenne, and garlic powder.
Set aside.
In a small saucepan over medium-high heat, bring the water, butter, and stevia to a boil, whisking every 10 seconds.
Drizzle the mixture over the nuts and seeds with a spoon until all liquid is evaporated.
Transfer to the bowl of spices and toss to coat.
