fresh or frozen cranberries

honey

finely grated fresh ginger

diced fresh pineapple
Instructions
Combine the cranberries, water, honey, ginger, and salt in a large pot or saucepan.
Bring to a rapid simmer over medium-high heat.
Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer, stirring occasionally, until the berries burst and the sauce thickens, 12-18 minutes.
Stir in the pineapple and cook for 3-5 minutes.
Remove from heat.
Serve warm or chilled.
