1/3cupunsweetened almond or hemp milkplus more if needed
¼cupcanned coconut milkfull fat
½teaspoonground cinnamon
Gluten-free granola or chopped nutsfor garnish (optional)
Instructions
Combine the banana, strawberries, date, almond milk, coconut milk, vanilla, and cinnamon in a blender.
Blend on high until smooth and creamy, adding more milk in small splashes if neede to keep things moving along. Pour into a glass, garnish with granola if using, serve immediately.
