Dairy-Free Strawberry Pie Milkshake

Ingredients

  • ½ medium frozen banana
  • ½   cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 date pitted and torn into pieces
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened almond or hemp milk plus more if needed
  • ¼ cup canned coconut milk full fat
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Gluten-free granola or chopped nuts for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  • Combine the banana, strawberries, date, almond milk, coconut milk, vanilla, and cinnamon in a blender.
  • Blend on high until smooth and creamy, adding more milk in small splashes if neede to keep things moving along. Pour into a glass, garnish with granola if using, serve immediately.
