Ingredients
- 4 ounces gluten-free smoked salmon
- 8 ounces GO Veggie! Plain Vegan Cream Cheese Alternative softened
- 1½ tablespoons fresh orange juice
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill minced
- 1 teaspoon horseradish
- ½ teaspoon sea salt
- ¼ black pepper
- ¼ teaspoon fresh orange zest for garnish
Instructions
- Combine all of the ingredients except for the orange zest in a food processor. Pulse until smooth for approximately 1 minute. Garnish with orange zest and serve with gluten-free crackers and vegetable crudités.
