Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350ºF.
In a large bowl, combine the apples, coconut oil, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Stir well to combine. Pour into a 9x13-inch baking dish. Bake for 20-30 minutes, stirring once halfway through, until soft.
Serve warm apples in bowls topped with coconut milk ice cream.
