honey

coconut oil

coconut flour

blanched almond flour
(I prefer Honeyville Farms)

baking soda

baking powder

fresh berries
(I use blueberries, raspberries, and chopped strawberries)
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350ºF.
Line 12 cups of a standard muffin pan with paper liners.
In a large bowl, beat together the eggs, honey, and coconut oil.
In another bowl, mix together the coconut flour, almond flour, baking soda, and baking powder.
Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet, stirring gently.
Lastly, fold in the berries gently by hand.
Pour into the lined muffin tins.
Bake for 30 minutes or until brown around the edges and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Cool completely before serving.
