2tablespoonsbalsamic vinegar
1teaspoonfresh lemon juice
¼teaspoonsea salt
¼teaspoonblack pepper
Instructions
Place the quinoa and water in a small saucepan.
Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, then reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer until the quinoa is fluffy and the water has been absorbed, about 15 minutes.
Remove from heat and transfer to a large mixing bowl.
Cool for 15-20 minutes.
Add the remaining ingredients to the bowl with the quinoa.
