Ingredients

ripe bananas
, peeled and broken into chunks

cup
unsweetened creamy peanut butter
1
(14-ounce) can coconut milk (full fat)

cup
unsweetened almond milk

tablespoons
honey or maple syrup
, plus more if needed
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend on high until creamy and smooth.
Taste and add more honey or maple syrup if desired for sweeter ice cream.
Pour into an ice cream maker and follow manufacturer’s instructions accordingly.
Store in an airtight container in the freezer.
Thaw for 20 minutes at room temperature before serving.
