Peanut Butter & Banana Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas , peeled and broken into chunks
  • 1 cup unsweetened creamy peanut butter
  • 1 (14-ounce) can coconut milk (full fat)
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup , plus more if needed

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in a blender and blend on high until creamy and smooth.
  • Taste and add more honey or maple syrup if desired for sweeter ice cream.
  • Pour into an ice cream maker and follow manufacturer’s instructions accordingly.
  • Store in an airtight container in the freezer.
  • Thaw for 20 minutes at room temperature before serving.
