Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, olive oil, and salt. Add the watermelon, blueberries, and mint. Toss to coat. Can be made up to 2 hours ahead to this point. Cover and refrigerate.
Just before serving, stir in the feta cheese.
