Instructions
Use a 6-quart slow cooker. Place the diced fruit into the slow cooker and stir in the sugar, vanilla, and lime juice. Cover and cook on low for 5 hours, or on high for about 2 hours. Stir well and serve over ice cream with fresh whipped cream.
Leftovers can be eaten warm or cold.
