Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line an 8x11-inch baking tin with parchment paper.
Put the chocolate, butter, and powdered sugar in a medium pan over low heat and melt gently, stirring constantly with a spoon. When melted and glossy, remove from the heat and set aside for 10 minutes.
Stir the eggs, one by one, into the chocolate mixture. Add all the flours and starch and combine with an electric hand mixer.
Spoon the batter into the baking tin. Bake for 30 minutes. Remove from the oven, let cool, and slice into squares.
Just before serving, garnish brownies with raspberries and figs, and dust with powdered sugar.
