  • 10 ounces dark chocolate, broken into chunks
  • 1 cup unsalted butter or dairy-free butter, cubed
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 4 tablespoons potato starch
  • 4 tablespoons millet flour
  • 4 tablespoons rice flour
  • 4 tablespoons gluten-free oat flour

  • 7 ounces raspberries
  • 2 figs , cut into quarters
  • 1 tablespoon powdered sugar

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line an 8x11-inch baking tin with parchment paper.
  • Put the chocolate, butter, and powdered sugar in a medium pan over low heat and melt gently, stirring constantly with a spoon. When melted and glossy, remove from the heat and set aside for 10 minutes.
  • Stir the eggs, one by one, into the chocolate mixture. Add all the flours and starch and combine with an electric hand mixer.
  • Spoon the batter into the baking tin. Bake for 30 minutes. Remove from the oven, let cool, and slice into squares.
  • Just before serving, garnish brownies with raspberries and figs, and dust with powdered sugar.
