Ingredients

  • 2 GloryLand Pad Thai Kits
  • 1 tablespoon olive or vegetable oil
  • 2 boneless skinless chicken thighs , cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 red bell pepper , thinly sliced
  • 2 green onions , sliced
  • 2 tablespoons chopped peanuts
  • Lime wedges

Instructions

  • Bring a pot of water to a boil and boil the noodles per the package directions.
  • Heat the oil in a skillet and cook the chicken for about 5 minutes. Add the bell pepper, cook for another 2 minutes, add the sauce from the kit and the noodles, and cook for another minute or so.
  • Garnish with green onions, peanuts, and lime wedges.
