Easy Pad Thai
Ingredients
- 2 GloryLand Pad Thai Kits
- 1 tablespoon olive or vegetable oil
- 2 boneless skinless chicken thighs , cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 red bell pepper , thinly sliced
- 2 green onions , sliced
- 2 tablespoons chopped peanuts
- Lime wedges
Instructions
- Bring a pot of water to a boil and boil the noodles per the package directions.
- Heat the oil in a skillet and cook the chicken for about 5 minutes. Add the bell pepper, cook for another 2 minutes, add the sauce from the kit and the noodles, and cook for another minute or so.
- Garnish with green onions, peanuts, and lime wedges.
