Easy Garlic Shrimp Pad Thai
Ingredients
- 2 GloryLand Pad Thai Kits
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 tablespoon avocado or vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic , grated or minced
- 1 bunch bok choy , chopped
- 2 green onions , chopped, divided
- ½ pound jumbo shrimp , peeled and deveined
- 1 cup bean sprouts
- ¼ cup roasted and salted peanuts
- Lime wedges , for serving
- Fresh basil leaves , for serving
Instructions
- Cook the noodles from the kits according to the package directions.
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, combine the butter and oil. Warm until the butter melts. Add the garlic, bok choy, and most of the green onions (save some for garnish) and cook for 2 minutes or until fragrant and the bok choy starts to wilt. Add the shrimp and cook for another 4 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until the shrimp is almost done.
