Ingredients 

  • 2 tablespoons BareOrganics Chia Seed Flour
  • 5 tablespoons water
  • 2 cups BareOrganics Banana Fruit Powder
  • 4 tablespoons sugar, , allulose, or erythritol
  • 4 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon kosher or fine sea salt
  • 2 cups oat or other dairy-free milk, , or more as needed
  • 4 tablespoons avocado oil, , plus more for frying pancakes

Optional garnishes:

  • Maple Syrup
  • Toasted, , chopped pecans

Instructions 

  • Combine BareOrganics Chia Seed Flour with 5 tablespoons water and let sit for 5 minutes.
  • Combine BareOrganics Banana Fruit Powder, sugar (or substitute), baking powder, and salt in a mixing bowl. In another mixing bowl, combine the chia mixture, dairy-free milk, and 4 tablespoons of oil. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients. Whisk until lump-free. If too thick, add a little more milk, a little at a time.
  • Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add a layer of oil. For each pancake, pour ¼ - ⅓ cup of batter, cook for 2 minutes, and flip. Cook for another 1 -2 minutes. Continue with the rest of the batter.
  • Garnish with maple syrup and pecans and serve.
