Place the cauliflower and garlic in a pot with salted water and bring to a boil. Cook until the cauliflower is very tender, about 10 – 15 minutes. Drain very well.
Place the drained cauliflower and garlic into a food processor and process until smooth. Return the mixture to the pot. Over low heat, add the remaining ingredients and cook, stirring constantly, for 2 minutes to heat through. Season with more salt if needed.
