Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. In a large mixing bowl, combine almond flour, baking powder, salt, and garlic powder and stir to combine.
Melt the butter in a small bowl. Add cream cheese to warm melted butter and mix with a fork until smooth and creamy. Set aside.
Beat eggs in a separate small bowl. Add beaten eggs to dry ingredients, then add butter cream cheese mixture, and stir until thoroughly combined.
Use a large tablespoon to spoon equal portions onto the baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes, until lightly browned on top. If desired, once biscuits are out of the oven, you may brush with a little melted butter and sprinkle with sea salt, if desired. Serve warm.
