Spray a 9-inch springform pan with cooking spray. Line the bottom and sides of the pan with parchment paper and lightly spray the paper. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a food processor, combine the almond flour, salt, and baking soda and pulse a few times to combine. Add the eggs, ½ cup honey, and vanilla and process until smooth.
Place the figs onto top of the batter, cut sides up. Bake for 25 minutes, cover the top loosely with a piece of foil and continue to bake for another 20-35 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center of the cake comes out clean. Drizzle with the 2 tablespoons honey and let cool in the pan.
