Combine the butter, 6 tablespoons cream, and the Swerve Confectioners in a deep, heavy saucepan and cook over medium-low heat, stirring frequently, until thickened and golden brown, about 10 minutes. If you are impatient, you can turn the heat up to medium but stir constantly, as it can burn quickly.
Remove from the heat, stir in the baking soda (it will bubble up) and then the rest of the cream and vanilla. Stir in the macadamia nuts and spread evenly on the parchment paper. Sprinkle on the salt and refrigerate overnight.
Break into pieces and serve. Can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 weeks.
