Mix cranberry sauce, dried cranberries, ketchup, broth, brown sugar, onion, and vinegar in a medium bowl until combined.
Place frozen meatballs in a 6-quart crockpot. Pour sauce ingredients over the meatballs, making sure they are all coated evenly. Cook on high for 4 hours. When done, place on a platter and sprinkle with chopped chives. Serve with toothpicks.
