Cranberry Christmas Meatballs

Ingredients
- 2 (14-ounce/397-gram) cans whole-berry cranberry sauce
- 1 cup (150 g) dried cranberries
- 1½ cups (360 mL) ketchup
- 1¼ cup (300 mL) gluten-free beef broth
- ½ cup (100 g) brown sugar
- ½ cup (60 g) sweet yellow onion, finely chopped
- 4 teaspoons (20 mL) apple cider vinegar
- 2 (22-ounce) bags frozen gluten-free meatballs
- 2 tablespoons (6 g) chives, finely chopped
Instructions
- Mix cranberry sauce, dried cranberries, ketchup, broth, brown sugar, onion, and vinegar in a medium bowl until combined.
- Place frozen meatballs in a 6-quart crockpot. Pour sauce ingredients over the meatballs, making sure they are all coated evenly. Cook on high for 4 hours. When done, place on a platter and sprinkle with chopped chives. Serve with toothpicks.
