Preheat the oven to 375°F. In a medium sized bowl, mix together the balsamic vinegar and honey until just combined.
Add strawberries to the mixture and stir until all the strawberries are well coated. Put the mixture in the refrigerator for about 15-20 minutes to allow the flavors to combine.
Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. Place cheese in center of baking sheet. Bake on the middle rack until the cheese feels very soft when pressed, about 15-17 minutes.
Add fresh basil, almonds, and salt to the strawberry mixture. Top hot brie with strawberry mixture and serve immediately with your favorite gluten-free toasted baguette slices, crackers, sliced apples, or sliced pears.
