Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F.
In a small bowl, combine the cream cheese, lemon zest, lemon juice, and parsley; season with salt and pepper, to taste.
Fill the dates with a heaping teaspoon of the cream cheese mixture.
Next, wrap the dates with the halved prosciutto slices and secure with toothpicks if necessary.
Arrange on a small nonstick baking sheet and bake until the prosciutto is crisp, about 13-15 minutes.
Let cool completely before serving.
