Heat the refried beans and House Party Cheesy Dip separately. Cook the plant-based ground meat in a skillet with the chili powder, cumin, salt, onion and garlic powders, and pepper until cooked through.
Spread half the beans on the bottom of each cooked pizza crust. Top with half the cheesy dip, then the cooked meat substitute, tomatoes, pepper slices, and cilantro leaves.
