Yuzu Whisky Sour

Ingredients
- 4 ounces Hatozaki Finest Japanese Whisky
- 2 ounces fresh squeezed lemon juice
- 2 ounces yuzu liqueur
- 1 ounce liquid allulose , agave, or simple syrup
- 4 egg whites or 8 tablespoons aquafaba
- Ice
- 2 lemon twists , for garnish
Instructions
- Combine Hatozaki Finest Japanese Whisky, lemon juice, yuzu juice, allulose, and egg whites (or aquafaba) in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously for 15 seconds. Add ice and shake for another 30 seconds.
- Stain into two cocktail glasses and garnish with lemon twists.
