With hints of citrus in it, this drink will leave you refreshed and wanting more. Make this drink at home and save yourself the time and money from going out to bars.

To make this drink you combine Hatozaki Finest Japanese Whisky, lemon juice, yuzu juice, allulose, and egg whites in a cocktail shaker and shake for 15 seconds. Then you add ice and shake for another 30 seconds. Once the cocktail is ready you stain the mixture into 2 glasses and garnish with a lemon twist.

Ingredients 

  • 4 ounces Hatozaki Finest Japanese Whisky
  • 2 ounces fresh squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 ounces yuzu liqueur
  • 1 ounce liquid allulose, , agave, or simple syrup
  • 4 egg whites or 8 tablespoons aquafaba
  • Ice
  • 2 lemon twists, , for garnish

Instructions 

  • Combine Hatozaki Finest Japanese Whisky, lemon juice, yuzu juice, allulose, and egg whites (or aquafaba) in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously for 15 seconds. Add ice and shake for another 30 seconds.
  • Stain into two cocktail glasses and garnish with lemon twists.
