Instructions
Fill a mixing glass with ice. This cocktail is typically stirred rather than shaken.
Add the Hatozaki Small Batch Pure Malt Whisky, Tokubetsu Honjozo Sake, sweet vermouth, cherry liqueur, and bitters to the mixing glass.
Stir the mixture gently but thoroughly for about 30 seconds to chill and properly dilute the cocktail.
