Divide the sausage into 6 equal parts and shape into patties, about 3 inches in diameter and ¾-inch thick.
In a large skillet, cook the patties in a little olive oil until done. Remove from heat and keep warm.
Cook bacon according to package directions. Set aside and keep warm.
Add beans to a small saucepan with a little olive oil, salt and pepper and heat through. Keep warm.
Cook the eggs to your desired doneness.
Sandwich about ¼ cup of beans, a patty, an egg and two pieces of bacon between two halves of an English muffin.
Serve warm.
Notes
If you wish, make bean purée by blending the beans with olive oil, salt, and pepper in a food processor. Use instead of whole beans as you build the Breakfast Burgers.
