Hatch Diced Green Chiles – mild or hot
Zest and juice of 1 lime – zest finely grated

finely chopped cilantro

Instructions
Combine the rice, vegetable broth, bay leaf, and ½ teaspoon of salt. Cook either on stovetop or in rice cooker. Add Hatch chiles, zest and juice of lime, cilantro, and butter. Fluff with a fork.
