4green onions, chopped, white and green parts separated
¾cupSan J Gluten Free Szechuan Sauce
Lettuce cups – bibb or romaine
½cuppeanuts, chopped
Instructions
Heat oil in a large skillet. Add chicken and cook, stirring occasionally, until starting to brown, about 5 minutes. Add the pepper, carrots, and white part of the green onions. Cook until the peppers start to soften, about 5 minutes. Add the sauce, lower the heat and simmer until everything is hot and evenly coated.
Serve in lettuce cups garnished with the green parts of the green onions and peanuts.
