2teaspoonsSinging Dog Vanilla Bean Paste
1teaspoonfresh lemon juice
Toasted gluten free baguette slices, to serve
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F.
Place strawberries in a non-reactive baking dish (glass or ceramic). Sprinkle with sugar, scrape the beans from the vanilla bean onto the strawberries, add the bean, and toss.
Bake for 30 minutes, stirring halfway through. Let cool.
Combine ricotta, honey, vanilla bean paste, and lemon juice in a small food processor or blender. Process until smooth. Transfer to a serving dish and serve with the roasted strawberries and baguette slices.
