Combine juice, sweetener, and agar agar flakes in a saucepan. Bring to a boil over high heat. Lower heat and whisk until the agar agar is fully dissolved, 3 – 5 minutes.

Pour mixture into silicon molds or dessert bowl or bowls and refrigerate until firm, about 2 hours.
