8ouncesboneless skinless chicken breastcut into ½ inch cubes
1cupgrated mozzarella cheese
1red pepperseeded and thinly sliced

Instructions
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Bake the pizza crust for 10 minutes.
In a saucepan, combine the Sunbutter, water, soy sauce, honey, lime juice, ginger, garlic, and red pepper flakes. Cook over medium heat, stirring, until everything is melted together.
Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook for 5 minutes. Add half the Sunbutter sauce and cook for another minute, making sure the sauce fully coats the chicken.
Spread the rest of the sauce over the dough. Top with ¾ cup cheese, the chicken, red pepper slices, and green onion. Sprinkle the remaining ¼ cup cheese over the top and bake for 20 minutes or until the cheese has melted and the crust is done.
