And more important, if something is on your face, it can make its way into your mouth or your eyes. Then of course you have mascara and lipstick – both are going to end up getting inside your body. So why be sorry when you can be safe with gluten-free makeup? There are many brands that are now aware of gluten and are making sure to label their makeup gluten-free if they happen to be gluten-free, and then you have brands that are developed completely with the idea of being gluten-free from the start.
