These tropical Superfood Papaya Boats have so many topping options! Here we fill them with kiwi, blueberries, and a trio of nuts and seeds for a superfood-packed dessert.

Superfood Papaya Boats
Ingredients
- 2 ripe papayas, , halved and seeded
- 2-3 ripe kiwis, , diced
- 1 cup (148 g) blueberries
- 1½-2 cups (355-475 mL) plain yogurt or dairy-free yogurt
- 3 tablespoons (21 g) chopped walnuts or sliced almonds
- 1 tablespoon (10 g) hemp seeds
- 1 tablespoon (10 g) chia seeds
- Cinnamon and mint leaves, , for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Fill the papaya “boats” with diced kiwi and blueberries. Add a dollop of yogurt to each boat. Sprinkle with nuts and seeds. Garnish each boat with a dash of cinnamon and mint leaves, if desired.
