Ingredients
- 8 tablespoons unsalted butter or dairy-free butter , at room temperature
- 2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic (3 cloves)
- ½ teaspoon kosher or fine sea salt
- 4 gluten-free baguettes
Instructions
- Prepare the grill for direct heat and preheat to medium.
- Combine the butter, parsley, garlic, and salt in a small bowl, mixing well.
- Cut the baguettes in half horizontally and spread the cut sides with the garlic butter. Place the halves back together, wrap each baguette tightly in heavy duty aluminum foil, and place on the grill. Grill, turning occasionally, for 10-12 minutes or until the bread is warmed through and the outside is crispy.
- Slice and serve.
