No-Bake Jack O’Lantern Pie
Halloween is just around the corner and this season I am loving all the Halloween themed desserts out there. This No-Bake Jack O’Lantern Pie has got to be the best dessert I’ve seen. This pie is almost too cute to eat with a little jack o’lantern face on top of the pie. Impress your friends and family and bring this pie to any Halloween party.
To make this spooky treat is as easy as pie. You first start by grinding up the Flax 4 Life Chocolate Brownies into fine crumbs and then place in a mixing bowl with the dairy-free butter. Once combined you press firmly on a pie plate and refrigerate. For the filling, you combine the cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla extract in a mixer and beat until smooth. Then add the pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, ground cinnamon, and salt to the cream cheese mixture until smooth. Once the mixture is done you pour in the pie crust and refrigerate for 4 hours. Then all that is left is to decorate the pie with the remaining brownie crumbs in a jack o’lantern pattern.
This pie is so much fun to make and enjoy. It is the perfect center piece for the dessert table at a Halloween party.
