Air Fryer Fish and Vegetables

Ingredients 

Instructions 

  • Preheat air fryer to 390 degrees.
  • Brush both sides of the cod with olive oil. Coat generously on both sides with Bone Suckin’ Sauce Cajun Seasoning & Rub. Air fry at 390 degrees for 12 minutes.
  • Separate the carrots from the broccoleti and green beans. Drizzle with olive oil and season with Bone Suckin’ All Purpose Seasoning & Rub. Air fry the carrots for 6 minutes at 390 degrees. Add the broccoleti and green beans and air fry for another 6 minutes.

  • Toss shrimp with olive oil and season generously with Bone Suckin’ Sauce Cajun Seasoning & Rub. Air fry for 3 minutes. Flip and air fry for another 3 minutes. Serve with melted butter and lemon wedges.

Chicken Wings

  • Preheat air fryer to 360 degrees.
  • Place chicken wings in a large food storage bag. Add the olive oil and a generous amount of Bone Suckin’ Sauce Cajun Seasoning & Rub. Shake well to coat.
  • Air fry for 18 minutes at 360 degrees, shaking the basket every 6 minutes. Increase temperature to 390 degrees and air fry for 6 minutes, shaking the basket every 2 minutes.
  • Serve with Bone Suckin’ Sauce Sweet Southern.
