Air Fryer Fish and Vegetables
Ingredients
- 2 (6 ounce) pieces Cod
- 1 (8 ounce) bag Gourmet Vegetable Trio (carrots, broccoletti, green beans)
- Olive oil
- Bone Suckin’ Sauce Cajun Seasoning & Rub
- Bone Suckin’ All Purpose Seasoning & Rub
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 390 degrees.
- Brush both sides of the cod with olive oil. Coat generously on both sides with Bone Suckin’ Sauce Cajun Seasoning & Rub. Air fry at 390 degrees for 12 minutes.
- Separate the carrots from the broccoleti and green beans. Drizzle with olive oil and season with Bone Suckin’ All Purpose Seasoning & Rub. Air fry the carrots for 6 minutes at 390 degrees. Add the broccoleti and green beans and air fry for another 6 minutes.

Peel & Eat Shrimp
Ingredients
- 1 pound raw peel and eat shrimp, (tail and shell on, deveined)
- Olive oil
- Bone Suckin’ Sauce Cajun Seasoning & Rub
- Melted butter, , to serve
- Lemon wedges, , to serve
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 390 degrees.
- Toss shrimp with olive oil and season generously with Bone Suckin’ Sauce Cajun Seasoning & Rub. Air fry for 3 minutes. Flip and air fry for another 3 minutes. Serve with melted butter and lemon wedges.

Chicken Wings
Ingredients
- 1 ½ pounds chicken wings
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Bone Suckin’ Sauce Cajun Seasoning & Rub
- Bone Suckin’ Sauce Sweet Southern, , to serve
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 360 degrees.
- Place chicken wings in a large food storage bag. Add the olive oil and a generous amount of Bone Suckin’ Sauce Cajun Seasoning & Rub. Shake well to coat.
- Air fry for 18 minutes at 360 degrees, shaking the basket every 6 minutes. Increase temperature to 390 degrees and air fry for 6 minutes, shaking the basket every 2 minutes.
- Serve with Bone Suckin’ Sauce Sweet Southern.
