Cold Cucumber Soup with Irish Sea Moss
Ingredients
- 2 English cucumbers
- 1 garlic clove , minced
- 1 ½ cups plain Greek yogurt
- ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil , plus more for serving
- ¼ cup loosely packed dill , plus more for garnish
- 2 tablespoons fresh basil
