Ingredients

  • 1 chamomile tea bag, (or 1 tablespoon loose chamomile flowers)
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried lavender buds, (culinary grade)
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 (1000 MG) cbdMD CALM capsules
  • 1-2 teaspoons honey or sweetener of choice, (optional)
  • Lemon slice for garnish, (optional)

Instructions

  • Place the chamomile tea bag or loose chamomile flowers in a teapot or a mug. Add the dried lavender buds to the chamomile.
  • Bring water to a boil and pour over the chamomile tea bag and lavender in the teapot or mug. Allow the tea to steep for 5-7 minutes to extract the flavors. Adjust the steeping time based on your desired strength. Empty the cbdMD CALM capsules into the tea and stir.
  • If desired, add honey or your preferred sweetener to the tea. Stir well until the sweetener is completely dissolved.
  • If you used loose chamomile flowers and lavender buds, you may want to strain the tea before serving to remove the solids. Otherwise, you can leave them in for a more rustic presentation.
  • Garnish the tea with a slice of lemon.
