Cherry Blossom Gin and Tonic

Ingredients 

  • 4 Bing cherries, , pitted and halved (or Bada Bing Cherries), plus more for garnish
  • 2 lime wedges, , divided
  • 1 ounce cherry juice from jar of cherries
  • 2 ounces 135 East Hyogo Dry Gin
  • ice
  • 4 ounces tonic water

Instructions 

  • Combine 4 cherries and 1 lime wedge in a mixing glass and muddle. Add cherry juice and gin.
  • Pour into an ice-filled glass. Top off with tonic water and stir gently. Garnish with a cherry and lime wedge.
