Cranberry Pistachio Brie
Ingredients
- ⅔ cup whole cranberry sauce
- 1 tablespoon finely grated orange zest
- 1 (8-ounce/227-gram) round brie
- 2 tablespoons chopped roasted and salted pistachios
- Freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
- Combine the cranberry sauce and orange zest in a small saucepan and heat over medium-low heat until hot and slightly thickened, about 5 minutes.
- Place the brie on a serving platter, top with the hot cranberry sauce, sprinkle with pistachios and a pinch of pepper. Serve with your favorite gluten-free crackers.
