Cranberry Pistachio Brie

Ingredients 

  • cup whole cranberry sauce
  • 1 tablespoon finely grated orange zest
  • 1 (8-ounce/227-gram) round brie
  • 2 tablespoons chopped roasted and salted pistachios
  • Freshly ground black pepper

Instructions 

  • Combine the cranberry sauce and orange zest in a small saucepan and heat over medium-low heat until hot and slightly thickened, about 5 minutes.
  • Place the brie on a serving platter, top with the hot cranberry sauce, sprinkle with pistachios and a pinch of pepper. Serve with your favorite gluten-free crackers.
