This Creamy Avocado Dressing is a great way to get a dose of tasty avocado into your meal. It pairs well with salmon and chicken.

Ingredients 

  • 1 pitted avocado
  • ½ cup water
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 clove garlic
  • Salt and pepper, , to taste

Instructions 

  • In a blender or food processor, combine all ingredients.
