This Dark Chocolate Brownie with Raspberries & Figs recipe is simple yet so flavorful. It’s a classic dessert that’s perfect for Valentine’s Day.
Dark Chocolate Brownie with Raspberries & Figs
Ingredients
- 10 ounces dark chocolate, , broken into chunks
- 1 cup unsalted butter or dairy-free butter, , cubed
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 4 tablespoons potato starch
- 4 tablespoons millet flour
- 4 tablespoons rice flour
- 4 tablespoons gluten-free oat flour
Garnishes:
- 7 ounces raspberries
- 2 figs, , cut into quarters
- 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line an 8x11-inch baking tin with parchment paper.
- Put the chocolate, butter, and powdered sugar in a medium pan over low heat and melt gently, stirring constantly with a spoon. When melted and glossy, remove from the heat and set aside for 10 minutes.
- Stir the eggs, one by one, into the chocolate mixture. Add all the flours and starch and combine with an electric hand mixer.
- Spoon the batter into the baking tin. Bake for 30 minutes. Remove from the oven, let cool, and slice into squares.
- Just before serving, garnish brownies with raspberries and figs, and dust with powdered sugar.
