One of my favorite trips of all time was to Argentina. I loved everything about it – the expansive countryside, the beautiful city of Buenos Aires, the gracious, hospitable people, and the fabulous food! I found it very easy to eat gluten-free in Argentina. This Easy Guacho Fries Recipe is perfect if you’re craving an Argentine appetizer or snack!
